This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city, close to all the main attractions and the metro station. the rooms are comfortable, clean and quiet, offering a pleasant stay. the staff is welcoming, helpful and speaks various languages. the breakfast is simple but adequate, with fresh ingredients and French patisseries. Plus, the hotel offers free wifi access and a lift for easy access to the rooms.
The rooms are quite small, making it a bit challenging to move around with large luggage.

The hotel is quietly located in a side street and yet central.
The room was small.

The staff was very nice.
Breakfast was very meager. I had at least expected fresh baguette instead of baked rolls and toast.

Positive aspects of this hotel include its convenient location opposite the "U super market" on the main boulevard, in a very quiet district of the city. The hotel offers all the necessary amenities and the rooms are clean and comfortable, with a comfortable bed. The breakfast provided is more than adequate, with a good variety of options available.
Nothing to improve.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. There was always a contact person on site. We were very satisfied with the staff and the room :)
The area did look a little uncomfortable

Comfortable large bed, clean room, good location near the metro, many bakeries and restaurants in the immediate vicinity (highlight: Brasileirinho!). Reception staff extremely helpful and informative. Have a nice stay :)

This hotel is located in a great area with easy access to public transportation. We didn't have to worry about finding food or amenities as there were plenty of options nearby. the room was also very clean and comfortable, perfect for a weekend stay.
The biggest downside was the size of the room and bathroom. They were both quite small, making it a bit uncomfortable to move around.

Good location, nice staff, good price.
No air conditioning, no minibar, very small and cramped room.

Breakfast was good, room was ok. Here we were in front of few of our favorite spots such as Eiffel Tower. Brasileirinho is only a short distance to the hotel.

Very clean rooms, towels were changed daily; very nice recently renovated hotel; staff was ok but we didn't interact very much with them because we didn't need to; wifi works great up to the 4th floor, but there were a few problems for someone on the 5th floor; the hotel is really close to any of the stations Brochant or Fourche on the 13th metro line; very nice area, seemed very safe even at night; a lot of restaurants, cafes, shops, fruit markets, supermarkets in the area; some restaurants stay open very late so we were able to have dinner even at midnight; we had a more than pleasant stay at this hotel and I would recommend it to anyone
The bathroom was really small, but that's how they are in Paris - it wasn't that much of a problem

It was close to the metro stations and provided easy access to the center.
There is not much other than a room and a very small bathroom. But for the price it was good.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are affordable, especially considering the location in what looked like an alley opposite the "U super market". The hotel is situated in a very quiet district of the city, offering a peaceful retreat from the bustling main boulevard. The staff members were very helpful and attentive to detail, ensuring that our stay was comfortable. The basic amenities in the rooms were sufficient, and the beds were comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. The breakfast offered was also satisfying, providing a variety of options to start the day.
No improvements needed, everything was okay.

Very helpful and kind staff. Recently renovated, thus very clean bathrooms and rooms. Good quality bedsheets/linen.
Even though this hotel is close to the metro station, this is not a direct line to the historical centre or railway stations, for example from Gare du Nord you need to change twice, same to get to the Eiffel tower. There is no air-conditioning so the rooms that have foil over windows (building is currently renovated from the outside) do not really get fresh air and it might be quite hot inside.

Very good value for the money, modern clean rooms.
